We host a maximum of 4 clients in an average small group training session in the gym.

Similar to 1-on-1 personal training, in small group training, we tackle the 7 core areas while doing both cardio and strength exercises.

During a group workout, I will have everyone doing the same exercise but at different levels. For example, if the main exercise is squats, I will add body weights or dumbbells to the exercise depending on your level. I will plan your fitness training workout according to your fitness level and what you're capable of doing.
